Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Credible Sentry, we believe in fairness and transparency. Since we provide real-time only monitoring with no recordings, our refund policy is based on live service usage and clear communication.

1. Refunds After Monitoring Has Started

Once monitoring has started for a given day, that day is considered used and is non-refundable.

You are still eligible for a pro-rata refund for all unused days remaining in your billing period. Please refer to Section 2 for how refunds are calculated based on when you cancel.

2. Change of Mind / Cancellation by Client

  • If you notify us more than 2 hours before the monitoring session is scheduled to begin, your refund will start from the same day.
  • If you notify us less than 2 hours before, or after monitoring has begun, your refund will start from the next calendar day.

Refunds are calculated based on the unused days in your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees apply, and we appreciate timely notice.

3. Service Failures from Our Side

If monitoring is not delivered due to a failure on our end (e.g., internal technical faults, platform downtime, or staff error), we will issue a partial refund for the lost monitoring time.

Refunds do not apply for issues caused by:

  • Power or internet problems on your end
  • Camera disconnections or misconfiguration
  • Failure to provide updated login or access credentials

4. No Refunds for Missed Events

We provide real-time monitoring only. Our staff observe your cameras live during scheduled hours. We do not review or store any recordings.

If an event is missed or occurs outside the camera’s view, we are not liable, and no refund will be issued.

5. Limitations of Liability & Detection

While we strive for consistent attention, we do not guarantee detection of every event or activity. Human limitations, camera positioning, internet latency, and environmental conditions may affect what is seen or reported.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle. We are not responsible for any financial, legal, or indirect losses arising from missed events, technical issues, or user-side failures.

6. Dispute Handling

If you are unhappy with any part of our service or refund calculation, please contact us directly. We will assess your request in good faith and resolve it fairly.

7. Policy Validity

These refund and cancellation policies are valid until 31st December 2025. We reserve the right to review and update this policy after that date. Any changes will be communicated on our official website in advance.

Credible Sentry is an India-based business. All monitoring operations, staffing, and technical services are conducted entirely from India, regardless of where the client is located.
