At Credible Sentry, we offer refunds only for unused service days. If a customer cancels their subscription mid-month, they are eligible for a refund for the remaining unused days starting from the day they inform us.
No refunds will be issued for previous days of service already used or in cases where the customer failed to inform us on time, regardless of service satisfaction or technical issues on their end.
All refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request as per our terms.
