Credible Sentry – Terms & Conditions for Clients
Valid Until 31 December 2025 (Subject to Review and Amendment)
1. Agreement
By engaging the services of Credible Sentry (“we”, “our”, “the Company”), you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the provision of remote live monitoring and advisory services delivered by our team located offshore, including from India.
By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Credible Sentry provides real-time remote monitoring, productivity insights, and safety-related alerts to assist with improving workplace operations. Our team monitors surveillance feeds remotely and provides notifications or guidance based on visible activity.
Note: We do not guarantee detection or prevention of all incidents, nor do we act as emergency responders.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a Client, you are fully responsible for:
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring your use of surveillance and monitoring complies with laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- Consent & Signage: Placing clear signage and obtaining all required consents, as required in your region.
- Workplace Notification: Notifying all staff, visitors, and contractors that monitoring is in place.
- Public Area Monitoring: Ensuring compliance with laws if cameras record public or shared spaces.
- System Maintenance: Maintaining proper functionality and internet connectivity of your systems.
4. Limitations of Liability
- Monitoring Support Only: We observe and report activity but do not take physical control of systems or premises.
- No Emergency Services: You are responsible for contacting authorities in the event of an emergency.
- No Guarantee of Detection: We are not liable for missed incidents due to camera issues, connectivity, or visibility limitations.
- Third-Party Systems: You are responsible for ensuring third-party tools are legal, maintained, and functional.
- Indemnity: You agree to hold us harmless from any losses, claims, or actions related to system use or legal non-compliance in your area.
5. Data Handling
- Data Ownership: All data and footage belong to you. We do not claim ownership.
- Limited Access: We only access your systems with your permission for monitoring or support purposes.
- No Storage: We do not retain or replicate your data unless agreed in writing for support reasons.
6. Incident Handling
Our team reports visible incidents based on the live feed during monitoring hours. You are responsible for reviewing footage, informing authorities, and taking appropriate action. We are not liable for missed alerts, delays, or your response actions.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Billing and cancellation will follow your plan terms. Refunds are subject to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, where Credible Sentry is registered. Any disputes will be handled under Indian jurisdiction. You are responsible for using our services lawfully within your local laws and regulations.
9. Acknowledgment
By using our services, you confirm that you:
- Understand that monitoring is conducted remotely from outside your country.
- Are solely responsible for legal compliance and system setup at your premises.
- Accept and agree to these Terms & Conditions fully.
For enterprise clients, a signed version of these terms may be provided upon request.
